 Our 5 Step Cleaning Process

  1. Dry Soil removal with our high quality vacuums.
  2. Soil Pre-Conditioning & Spot Removal -
         Entire room is pre-conditioned.
         Application of specifically formulated biodegradable solution for maximum soil suspension & sanitation.
         Special non-toxic chemical agents will be used in attempt to remove persistent spots.
  3. Pre-Conditioner Agitation -
         Use of a professional rotary buffer or carpet rake is used to distribute pre-conditioners throughout the fibers.
  4. High Pressure Steam Extraction -
         Our state of the art professional portable machines are used to get the job done with a neutral 7.5 ph
         fiber rinse for maxium removal of soil, residues, & to extend carpet life.
  5. Rapid Drying -
         Use of a commercial air mover ensures faster dry times & quicker use of rooms.
